How to clean my bag from cotton or cotton blend yarn?

• hand wash 30°C
• use mild detergent without optical brightener
• do not wring out, rub or pull apart
• reshape whilst damp
• do not tumble dry, dry flat only
• do not iron

How to clean my bag from cellulose (paper yarn)?

• carefully dab stains from the outside with a damp cloth
• do not rub or pull apart
• leave to dry laying an a towel
• do not iron

ORDER AND SHIPPING

Why can’t I order the bag online right away?

BEAKS LONGGROVE is a manufactory where the bags are made individually and by hand. In order to always be able to offer you the latest models, materials and colors, we keep our stock small. In this way, we can also take your individual wishes for your bag into account during production.

We will process your request very quickly and inform you of the shipping date for your desired bag. If you have individual wishes for your bag, we will also give you the adjusted price. You then decide whether you want to order the bag.

What does the ordering process look like?

After receiving the answer to your request, please send us the attached form with your data as a binding confirmation by e-mail. You will receive the order confirmation from us immediately. Please understand that a deposit for your bag is necessary due to the individual production. Your bag will go directly to the production facility after the deposit has been transferred.

Which countries do you ship to and how much does it cost?

Currently, we only offer shipping within Germany and the European Union (EU). For packaging and postage, we charge 5.95€ for shipping within Germany and 14.95€ within the EU.

From an order value of 200€ we deliver free of charge within Germany.
